We’ve been through the ringer with one client, who received a car from us only to have a part go bad that was recalled in other models. Our caseworker, Ola Saad, got to work and managed to put together a financial package with other agencies in the community to pay for the part’s replacement.
The client was very grateful. In fact, she sent Ola and the Friends In Deed office an Edible Arrangement.
